TÜV SÜD Product Service has many years of experience in the field of escrow. As an independent service provider, TÜV SÜD Product Service acts as a neutral intermediary between software manufacturers and software users, both nationally and internationally.

Only TÜV SÜD employees are deployed for the escrow service (verification of the escrow item, custody account management, etc.).
The items are stored in a dedicated safe at TÜV SÜD’s headquarters in Munich.

The escrow services provided by TÜV SÜD Product Service range from incoming inspection to ensure that the escrow item is complete and virus-free, through various verification stages to be agreed between the software manufacturer and software user, to penetration testing for system-critical applications and special testing according to individual specifications.

If required, we can support you in drafting the contract with our legally compliant escrow agreement, which can serve as a source of ideas and help you make decisions.

Since 2010, we have been an escrow partner selected by Microsoft, where Microsoft Dynamics partners can deposit their source code developed under the partner logo.

With the TÜV SÜD Escrow Mark, you document that the escrow item has been reliably verified and securely escrowed with a neutral and independent recognized escrow agent.

In addition to escrow, TÜV SÜD Product Service also offers software quality testing. Successful testing is confirmed with a certificate. This entitles the holder to use the TÜV SÜD test mark for software quality. You can find more information about our escrow and software services here.
