Since his admission to the bar in 1996, Dr. Frank R. Remmertz has specialized in the field of intellectual property and copyright law. Until the beginning of 2009, Dr. Frank R. Remmertz was a partner in a large international law firm. From 2009 to 2015, he was a partner in the law firm REMMERTZ SON Rechtsanwälte, which he co-founded.

Dr. Frank R. Remmertz is a specialist lawyer for intellectual property law.

His main areas of practice include the enforcement of and defense against claims for competition law infringements and trademark violations, legal support for advertising measures and websites, the drafting of license agreements and advice on choosing the right property right and implementation in application procedures.

His other areas of work include all aspects of IT law, media and press law, contract drafting including general terms and conditions as well as other commercial and corporate law, legal representation, legal professional law and violations of the German Legal Services Act (RDG).
