PRW Rechtsanwälte has been advising companies on German and international commercial law for 27 years. The firm’s focus is on advising IT manufacturers and IT service providers. The support of more than 1000 ERP projects and the operation of a hotline for data protection in the field of cloud computing are just two of several special features of the law firm.

Attorney Wilfried Reiners (MBA) studied law and economics in Munich and San Diego. In 1989, he founded the law firm PRW Rechtsanwälte with a focus on IT law. Mr. Reiners focuses primarily on the drafting and negotiation of project contracts and data handling, including outsourcing and cloud computing. Mr. Reiners is a lecturer at the MUNICH BUSINESS SCHOOL for compliance and IT law. He is a founding member and long-standing director of the EuroITCounsel in London and is involved in the IT Lawyers Working Group of the German Bar Association, the German Association for Law and Information Technology and the Computer Law Association (techlaw).
