LLP Law|Patent focuses on advising national and international companies in the field of IT law and IP law, in particular copyright law.
In IT law, LLP Law|Patent focuses on supporting IT-related operational business processes. This includes advising on the design and optimization of ITC projects (outsourcing, introduction of ERP systems and cloud solutions such as CaaS/SaaS services), on the design of or participation in ITC tenders/RFPs, on the design and optimization of software distribution and license agreements (as purchase or rental models), on the design of development agreements for individual software as well as maintenance, servicing and service level agreements.
In this respect, LLP Law|Patent supports in particular the purchasing and sales departments of companies, internal data protection officers, CIOs and internal IT and development units.
LLP Law|Patent is a member of the Bundesfachverband der IT-Sachverständigen und Gutachter e.V. (BISG).
