Escrow Alliance, as a trusted third party, offers a range of high quality, innovative escrow arrangements that prevent business continuity stagnation and protect intellectual property. We aim to support suppliers and end customers with quality escrow arrangements based on their specific needs as efficiently as possible. As an innovative service provider, Escrow Alliance is also constantly developing new escrow schemes to meet the changing demands of the market. In doing so, we carefully balance the interests of suppliers and end users.

Escrow and verification

A complete and active escrow arrangement includes a contract, escrow and technical verification. We consult with the supplier in advance about the composition of the escrow and ensure that the delivery process follows on as seamlessly as possible from the supplier’s technical capabilities. This leads to an efficient and controllable delivery process and to an increase in the value of the materials placed in escrow.

We refer to checking the escrow as a Technical Verification Service (TVS). Escrow Alliance offers four different TVS levels. These checks guarantee suppliers and end users that the deposited materials are complete and functional. As part of our service, at least one TVS Level 1 verification is carried out before the materials are deposited. Escrow Alliance then offers all its customers dual storage of the materials placed in escrow.

More than just escrow

Escrow Alliance’s main task is to set up escrow arrangements in a consistent, balanced and reliable manner. As a central pivot, escrow concerns various legal, organizational and technical issues. We assign the right experts to your questions. Sometimes aspects need to be considered that go beyond the escrow issue. In the event that Escrow Alliance does not have the necessary resources for such matters, we work together with legal, IT and business experts.
