Büsing Müffelmann & Theye (BMT) is a medium-sized commercial law firm with four offices throughout Germany (Bremen, Frankfurt am Main, Berlin, Munich). Dr. Christian Weitzel has been with BMT since 2009. As a specialist lawyer for information technology law, he mainly advises clients from the IT industry. He frequently advises on cross-border transactions, in particular with Arab or Asian contractual partners. Mr. Weitzel has many years of experience in negotiating complex IT projects in an international environment. He has proven expertise in distribution and contract law for IT companies and in the structuring of IT and outsourcing projects (also according to the TPI method). Mr. Weitzel is a specialist in cloud computing.

Dr. Matthias Terbach has been a partner at BMT since 2005. He is a specialist lawyer for IT law and mainly advises clients from the automotive industry in the areas of IT/telecommunications law, data protection and e-commerce. His work always focuses on the legal support of new business models in connection with mobile connectivity as well as big data and cloud computing applications.

Dr. Justus Gaden has been working as a lawyer in the fields of technology, IT and data protection law at BMT since 2015. He is a member of the IT law practice group and advises companies in the automotive industry
on matters such as contract drafting and project-specific issues.
