as an online ‘live’ event – due to current COVID-19 regulations
The conference will once again be chaired by Ms Isabell Conrad (OSE; CSW Rechtsanwälte, Munich). The conference will start at 8.30 a.m.; details on online registration will be announced to participants by e-mail in good time before the event.
The participation fee is € 260,- for online participants and € 210,- for online participants who are members of davit, DGRI or OSE (each including VAT). You will receive an invoice after successful registration via the Xing Events website (see link). Upon request, participants will receive a training certificate for specialist lawyers in accordance with § 15 FAO; corresponding lists will be passed around for participants on site, and there will be an electronic attendance check for remote participants.
SYMPOSIUM Special
Register and become a member of OSE at the same time and we will offset the participation fee against your 2021 membership fee. You can find the association’s statutes, the current membership fee scale and the registration form at www.ose-international.org, or use the form on site at the event.
Compensation for damages
In the event of cancellation, there is no entitlement to the event being held. The organiser cannot be held liable for compensation for travel or accommodation costs or for loss of working hours.
Publication of list of names, photo and film recordings
As a service for all participants, a list of participants with name, company, email and location will be issued on site. In addition, photos or film recordings may be made for marketing purposes of the OSE (e.g. for publication on the OSE website). Should you wish to be excluded from this, please contact us.
